About the Journal
Ad Hoc is an Open Access peer-reviewed scientific journal published quarterly. It is edited and published by students of the Higher Institute of International Relations “Raúl Roa García”.. It receives contributions in Spanish, English and French.
It is a space where students and tutors can publish the results of their research in the field of Social Sciences, especially in International Relations. The aim is to contribute to the training of professionals with a broad profile in the field, as well as to the dissemination of the results of the scientific work of university students working and researching on international politics.

El 2026 ya está aquí y con él un nuevo número de nuestra publicación. Con esta entrega, la Revista Científica Universitaria Ad Hoc se reafirma como un espacio para el análisis crítico de las dinámicas de poder y las relaciones internacionales.
Nuestra primera contribución del año incluye 8 manuscritos que exploran, desde diferentes perspectivas, algunos de los retos actuales del sistema internacional.
El equipo editorial invita a la comunidad científica a la lectura reflexiva de los trabajos presentados. Que este nuevo número del volumen 7 llegue a todos como una ventana al análisis del contexto global.
