About the Journal
Ad Hoc is an Open Access peer-reviewed scientific journal published quarterly. It is edited and published by students of the Higher Institute of International Relations “Raúl Roa García”.. It receives contributions in Spanish, English and French.
It is a space where students and tutors can publish the results of their research in the field of Social Sciences, especially in International Relations. The aim is to contribute to the training of professionals with a broad profile in the field, as well as to the dissemination of the results of the scientific work of university students working and researching on international politics.

The edition the reader now holds consists of 7 articles that explore the most current dynamics across different regions of the world.
As is customary, may the reader make use of these pages—which, despite their brevity, remain an ideal space for learning, debating, and critically questioning the international politics of the world we inhabit.
