About the Journal
Ad Hoc is an Open Access peer-reviewed scientific journal published quarterly. It is edited and published by students of the Higher Institute of International Relations “Raúl Roa García”.. It receives contributions in Spanish, English and French.
It is a space where students and tutors can publish the results of their research in the field of Social Sciences, especially in International Relations. The aim is to contribute to the training of professionals with a broad profile in the field, as well as to the dissemination of the results of the scientific work of university students working and researching on international politics.

Ad Hoc launches its thirteenth issue, the penultimate of Volume V of the publication. This new edition has ten articles on different topics. It deals with the theory of International Relations, dynamics of regional relations, international organizations, bilateral relations, cooperation in security matters and dynamics of domestic politics. In addition, the section ''News on student projects'' is resumed, with an article dedicated to the MJM. We hope that this varied issue will be enjoyed by our readers and that, in turn, it will contribute to their academic and scientific training in the field of International Relations.
