The escalation of Russian-Ukrainian tension in the Sea of Azov

The bilateral relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine are established by contradictions of historical roots. Its backgrounds' study allows to understand the moments of tension and stability this conflict has gone through. In recent years, it has been determined by the struggle for the control of the waters of the Azov Sea. This is due to the benefits its geo strategic location provides in the economic and commercial impulse of these nations. This research starts from the background of the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation, the spread of the conflict, the actions of the nations involved and the reactions of the international community to these events.
