Abstract

Ad Hoc returns to its readers. With this publication it reaches its twelfth issue, with which it celebrates its registration in the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN). This launching delivers a Special Issue on the political and economic reality in Latin America, from a critical and evaluative perspective, with emphasis on the current political and geopolitical context. For this edition, Ad Hoc had the collaboration of the Political Observatory on Latin America and the Caribbean (OPALC).
