About the Journal
Ad Hoc is an Open Access peer-reviewed scientific journal published quarterly. It is edited and published by students of the Higher Institute of International Relations “Raúl Roa García”.. It receives contributions in Spanish, English and French.
It is a space where students and tutors can publish the results of their research in the field of Social Sciences, especially in International Relations. The aim is to contribute to the training of professionals with a broad profile in the field, as well as to the dissemination of the results of the scientific work of university students working and researching on international politics.

La revue scientifique universitaire Ad Hoc revient avec son troisième numéro, l'avant-dernier du volume VI de la publication. Cette nouvelle édition comprend six articles traitant d'une grande variété de sujets. La rubrique « À la lumière du droit international » fait également son retour.
Nous vous invitons à découvrir chacun de ces articles. Nous sommes convaincus que ce nouveau numéro sera très utile à nos lecteurs, qu'il contribuera à leur formation universitaire et les aidera à comprendre les dynamiques actuelles en matière de relations internationales.
