Editorial Note

Abstract

The  University Scientific Journal Ad Hoclaunches its eighth issue. This new edition includes eleven articles covering conflicts, political crises, bilateral relations, migration issues, positioning of international actors, political forces and instruments, Chinese economic behavior, evolution of student movements and one, especially dedicated to the Women's Studies Program of Casa de las Americas. The Editorial Committee of the Ad Hoc Journal thanks the specialists of the International Economics Research Center, the International Policy Research Center and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the professors of the Higher Institute of International Relations "Raúl Roa García" for their unconditional help in reviewing the manuscripts submitted by the students. We hope that the reader will enjoy this extensive and varied issue and that it will be useful for his or her academic and scientific training in the field of International Relations.
