Abstract

In the current scenario of progressive deterioration in the multilateral architecture, emerges the strong concern of building an efficient and transparent multilateralism, concern which has been exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic. The multilateral and pandemic crisis have proven the essential role of interregional cooperation and regional alliances when facing unilateral offensives. Covid-19 pandemic has shown the need for coordinated, viable and efficient multilateral strategies which are actually capable to live up to the challenges multilateralism faces.
