The University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc reaches its fifth issue, as a result of the joint effort of university students and professors to continue creating content on International Relations. With each publication we aspire to evolve with respect to the scientific rigor of the papers we present, in order to make this journal an essential space for academic research in the field of foreign policy. We offer you a very diverse issue, from studies on hybrid warfare in the current Latin American context, mainly in Venezuela, to an analysis of the Internet outage in Cuba: concern or U.S. political agenda?
