The main mission of the University Scientific Journal "Ad Hoc", which we present in this first issue, is to disseminate the results of the scientific work of the students who, grouped in the University Student Federation, work, study and research on International Relations in any of its branches. In this way, it contributes to the formation of professionals with a broader profile, while creating research habits and discovering a wide range of possibilities in the search for information and national and international tools. That is why Ad Hoc's objective is to publish what is researched and to train students, whether they are authors, co-authors or editors of our journal.
