Ad Hoc University Scientific Journal. Vol 1. No. 1 (March, 2020)
Vol. 1 No. 1 (2020)The main mission of the University Scientific Journal "Ad Hoc", which we present in this first issue, is to disseminate the results of the scientific work of the students who, grouped in the University Student Federation, work, study and research on International Relations in any of its branches. In this way, it contributes to the formation of professionals with a broader profile, while creating research habits and discovering a wide range of possibilities in the search for information and national and international tools. That is why Ad Hoc's objective is to publish what is researched and to train students, whether they are authors, co-authors or editors of our journal.

Vol 1. No 2 (2020): University Scientific Journal "Ad Hoc".
Vol. 1 No. 2 (2020)This issue of the journal Ad Hoc has been shaped and will be published in a context marked by the Covid-19 pandemic. This disease has forced the postponement of physical contact, which has represented a challenge for authors as well as for members of the Referees and Editorial Committee. A wide variety of topics have been covered, including the international context, the history of Cuba and elements of the student scientific work during the Covid-19 period.

(March): University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc
Vol. 2 No. 3 (2021)The publication of this third issue has been a challenge for our Editorial Board and authors. Pandemic in between, Ad Hoc has not interrupted its publication and this has been possible thanks to the efforts of our students and the support of our professors and referees in this virtual adventure. From the influence of the hippie movement on contemporary politics to the conceptual theoretical models of UK foreign policy, the articles selected for this issue address topics related to history, international law, economics and international relations.

(June): University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc
Vol. 2 No. 4 (2021)This issue has a special significance for all of us who work in and for Ad Hoc. With it we wish to pay tribute to our Alma Mater on its Fortieth Anniversary. The publication seeks to recognize all those who, in these forty years, have forged the numerous achievements and prestige of our Institute. In particular, the Editorial Committee of the Journal dedicates this issue to Gabriel Pérez Tarrau, who was not only loved by his students, but whose legacy is a reference for ISRI's teaching and research, and for Cuban diplomacy.

Vol. 2 No. 5 (2021)The University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc reaches its fifth issue, as a result of the joint effort of university students and professors to continue creating content on International Relations. With each publication we aspire to evolve with respect to the scientific rigor of the papers we present, in order to make this journal an essential space for academic research in the field of foreign policy. We offer you a very diverse issue, from studies on hybrid warfare in the current Latin American context, mainly in Venezuela, to an analysis of the Internet outage in Cuba: concern or U.S. political agenda?

(April): University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc
Vol. 3 No. 6 (2022)The sixth issue of the University Scientific Journal "Ad Hoc" calls for the celebration of the second anniversary of the founding of the publication. This time it will be dedicated to the study of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on international relations. We bring you a very interesting issue, from studies on the role of the World Health Organization during COVID-19, to an analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the Russian energy sector and its repercussions on Russian-European relations.

(October): University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc
Vol. 3 No. 7 (2022)University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc launches its seventh issue. This new edition includes six articles covering conflicts, migration policies, bilateral relations and one, especially dedicated to the academic training of diplomats in the Cuban Revolution. The Editorial Committee of the Ad Hoc Journal is grateful to the specialists of the International Politics Research Center and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as to the professors of the "Raúl Roa García" Higher Institute of International Relations for their unconditional help in reviewing the manuscripts submitted by the students. We hope that the reader will enjoy this varied issue and that it will be useful for his or her academic and scientific training in the field of International Relations.

Vol. 4 No. 8 (2023)The University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc launches its eighth issue. This new edition includes eleven articles covering conflicts, political crises, bilateral relations, migration issues, positioning of international actors, political forces and instruments, Chinese economic behavior, evolution of student movements and one, especially dedicated to the Women's Studies Program of Casa de las Americas. The Editorial Committee of the Ad Hoc Journal thanks the specialists of the International Economics Research Center, the International Policy Research Center and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the professors of the Higher Institute of International Relations "Raúl Roa García" for their unconditional help in reviewing the manuscripts submitted by the students. Vol. 4 No. 9 (2023)University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc launches its ninth issue. This new edition includes eleven articles that cover analyses in the light of Public International Law, conflicts, bilateral relations, current events in the Latin American panorama, positioning of international actors and two of them, especially related to national history. In this sense, the first one deals with the U.S. intervention in the Cuban War of 1898; and the second one is linked to the consular work of Cuba's National Hero, José Martí. The Editorial Committee of the Ad Hoc Journal extends its gratitude to the specialists of the Center for International Policy Research, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples and the Center for Martí Studies, as well as to the professors of the "Raúl Roa García" Higher Institute of International Relations for their unconditional help in reviewing the manuscripts submitted by the students. Vol. 4 No. 10 (2023)The presentation of this Special Edition of the University Scientific Journal has significant motivations: Ad Hoc has reached its Tenth Issue and can proudly share with its readers the recognition of having obtained the National Registry of Serial Publications! It is for this reason that the Journal is pleased to present a different publication, whose central theme is: "The role of the Group of 77 and China as a forum for multilateral coordination. Cuba in the pro-tempore presidency"; and in which sections such as: News of student projects and Words from our graduates are reactivated. To all of you, thank you very much for your invaluable contribution throughout these ten issues. Together we celebrate past achievements, maintain our passion for research and look forward to the challenges and opportunities that the future holds. Vol. 5 No. 11 (2024)The The University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc launches its eleventh issue, with which it not only opens Volume V of the publication, but also celebrates the fourth anniversary of its founding. This new edition includes six articles covering topics such as: migration and terrorism, domestic and foreign policy of the States and Latin American integration. In addition, sections such as: La Diplomatie and Actuality of student projects.
We reach this anniversary proud of the development and growth of Ad Hoc as an innovative university platform, where science, creativity and the research talent of our students converge to inspire, educate and transcend the limits of knowledge. It has been four years in which the dedication of each of the members of the Editorial Committee, the professionalism of the referees and collaborators, and the intellectual curiosity of our readers, have been decisive for the development of a unique space for the exchange of ideas. To all our infinite gratitude for their invaluable contribution and for their trust throughout this time; new chapters of success, discoveries, academic excellence and commitment to the scientific dissemination of university students are still awaiting us!

(Julio): Revista Científica Universitaria Ad Hoc
Vol. 5 No. 12 (2024)Ad Hoc returns to its readers. With this publication it reaches its twelfth issue, with which it celebrates its registration in the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN). This launching delivers a Special Issue on the political and economic reality in Latin America, from a critical and evaluative perspective, with emphasis on the current political and geopolitical context. For this edition, Ad Hoc had the collaboration of the Political Observatory of Latin America and the Caribbean (OPALC).

Vol. 5 No. 13 (2024): (October): Ad Hoc University Scientific Journal
Vol. 5 No. 13 (2024)Ad Hoc launches its thirteenth issue, the penultimate of Volume V of the publication. This new edition has ten articles on different topics. It deals with the theory of International Relations, dynamics of regional relations, international organizations, bilateral relations, cooperation in security matters and dynamics of domestic politics. In addition, the section ''News on student projects'' is resumed, with an article dedicated to the MJM. We hope that this varied issue will be enjoyed by our readers and that, in turn, it will contribute to their academic and scientific training in the field of International Relations.
