Abstract

The  University Scientific Journal Ad Hoc reaches its fifth issue, as a result of the joint effort of university students and professors to continue creating content on International Relations. On this occasion, we bring you a diverse publication, from studies on hybrid warfare in the current Latin American context, mainly in Venezuela, to an analysis on the Internet outage in Cuba: concern or U.S. political agenda?
