Editorial Note

Abstract

The university journal Ad Hoc returns to its readers. The publication of this third issue has been a challenge for our Editorial Board and authors, as the normal hustle and bustle of classrooms and corridors has been replaced by the contribution of Cuban university students to the Covid 19 confrontation. From the influence of the hippie movement on contemporary politics to the conceptual theoretical models of the United Kingdom's foreign policy, the articles selected for this issue address issues related to history, international law, economics and international relations. The publication of Ad Hoc has not been interrupted, thanks to the efforts of our students and the support of our professors and referees in this virtual adventure.
